Next Business Day warranty
For the most demanding customers we have prepared an extended NBD (Next Business Day) warranty. With it you can count on a fast service response and hardware replacement. Ensure operational continuity and confidence that your devices are always ready to work.

Before starting the RMA process, please contact our technical support department by email: support@dcneurope.eu.
If the device has premium technical support, requests are handled on business days from 8:00 to 16:00, with a response within a maximum of 3 business days.
